Fill Up Rate of China’s “New Cities”

Below is an amazing video by Wade Shepard, the guru of China’s ghost/empty cities which he has rechristened new cities to present a more accurate picture. The South China Mall has been empty since it was completed in 2008. However, it is starting to fill up as you can see from this video.
